The Food Truck Application is designed to facilitate the process of obtaining a permit to operate a mobile food service vehicle in designated areas. The purpose of the application is to ensure that food trucks operate legally, safely, and in accordance with municipal guidelines, while promoting a vibrant and diverse food culture

• Log in to the CRM system using eKey or eKey 2.0.
• From the Services screen, select Municipal Licensing & Certification (Shared Accommodation Service, Food Truck Service).
• Click on Create Food Truck Permit.
• Complete and submit the Food Truck Permit application.
• After successful submission, the permit can be downloaded from the system.
• From the Services screen, select Municipal Licensing & Certification (Shared Accommodation Service, Food Truck Service).
• Click on Create Food Truck Permit.

2. How can customers select slots from the system?
Customers need to select the municipality and zone. The map will then display all available slots for selection.

The permit validity period must be a minimum of one (1) day and a maximum of one (1) year.

The system will not allow a customer to have more than three active Food Truck permit requests at the same time.
