What are the eligibility criteria for the Urban and Village Development Project?
- The applicant must be a Bahraini national aged 18 or above.
- The applicant must fully or partially own the residence.
- The family must have lived in the house for more than 10 years.
- The head of household’s income must be less than BHD 600 per month.
- The applicant must not own another property.
- The applicant must own a plot of land of at least 150 square meters that does not generate income.
- The applicant’s population registry and address must match.
- In the case of joint ownership, the consent of all owners is required.
- The applicant must not have previously benefited from the project or any other services provided by the Ministry.
